Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.
UP.Direct does not offer next day delivery. The shipping costs are free but the lead times depend on whether you have ordered Cartons or Pallets. Please refer to our table above.
UP.Direct ship to UK Mainland (including Northern Ireland and Highlands). We do not ship to Isle of Man, Guernsey, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Wight, or outside of the UK currently.

Palletised orders will be sent via Walkers Transport. Once an order is placed that is being delivered via pallet, a member of Walker Transport will be in touch to organise delivery at a suitable date/time. Palletised orders are available for Business Customers only. If an order is placed that amounts to a pallet worth of stock, we will always send this out palletised, with no option for courier delivery. We will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred through incorrect delivery addresses being provided, as these items may need to be re-delivered.

We operate on an untimed delivery service, so you will not be able to choose a specific day or time for delivery. We will communicate via email throughout the delivery process on the status of your delivery. For tracking information, if your order is via carton/courier delivery, please refer to https://www.yodel.co.uk/track/. For palletised delivery, please contact Walkers Transport
Returns
Personal Accounts
If you find that you no longer need the item, simply notify us within 14 days of receiving the product to receive a refund of the price paid for the Goods. Where a consumer Customer returns the Goods using one of UP.Directs approved third‑party couriers (currently Yodel), no return costs will be payable by the consumer Customer. If the consumer Customer chooses to return the Goods by any other method, they will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods.
After letting us know, you have another 14 days to send the item/'s back to us. A refund will only be provided if reasonable care has been taken to ensure we receive the returned item.
